The office
Where is the office in Ensenada?
Show answer / Hide answer
Inside Clínica Medical Savin, at Av. Pedro Loyola 50, office 7, second floor, in the Playa Hermosa neighborhood, C.P. 22890. From the street it is an orange-and-grey building next to an Oxxo, and the building has its own free parking. It is 15 minutes from downtown Ensenada and 10 from the cruise terminal.
Which days and hours does the doctor see patients in Ensenada?
Show answer / Hide answer
Monday to Friday, 11:00 to 20:00. Saturdays alternate between Ensenada and the Tijuana office: on an Ensenada Saturday, hours are 9:00 to 14:30. When you book, we give you the dates available at each office.
Do you speak English?
Show answer / Hide answer
Yes. English is spoken at the office, both at the consultation and for follow-up afterwards.
Is there a Tijuana office as well?
Show answer / Hide answer
Yes, on weekends: Av. 5 de Mayo 281, Zona Centro, C.P. 22000, five to ten minutes from the San Ysidro crossing. Sundays 10:00 to 17:00, plus the Saturdays that fall to that office. Laser treatments, chemical peels, wart removal and, for now, the HidraFacial are done in Ensenada only.
The consultation
How do I book a consultation?
Show answer / Hide answer
Fill in the contact form or message us on WhatsApp at +52 646 151 3172. We reply, usually within the hour, to confirm a day and time. The doctor sees patients by appointment only.
How long does a first consultation take?
Show answer / Hide answer
About an hour. Procedures themselves, when they are done, run one hour to an hour and a half.
Is there a fee for the consultation?
Show answer / Hide answer
Yes, the consultation carries a fee. If the procedure is done at that same appointment, the fee is credited against the treatment. First-time patients are asked for a 500-peso deposit to hold the slot.
Appointments and payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
Show answer / Hide answer
Cash in pesos or dollars, credit card, debit card and bank transfer.
How much does a treatment cost?
Show answer / Hide answer
It depends on the treatment and on how much product you need, and that is only knowable in person: two people asking for the same thing rarely need the same amount. So pricing is handled at the office, according to what you need, and settled at the consultation before anything is done.
What if I need to cancel or move my appointment?
Show answer / Hide answer
We will find you another appointment that fits. First-time patients are asked for a 500-peso deposit to hold the slot.
About the treatments
How do I know which treatment is right for me?
Show answer / Hide answer
That gets decided at the consultation. The doctor goes through what you are considering, your history and what is realistic in your case before proposing a plan.
Do you have before-and-after photos?
Show answer / Hide answer
We do not publish before-and-after comparisons. A photograph does not tell you the lighting it was shot in, how much time passed, or what else was done alongside — so as a sales argument it proves nothing. What we do publish, with written consent, are patient stories and reviews. At the consultation the doctor tells you plainly what is realistic in your case.
Can I have a treatment the same day as the consultation?
Show answer / Hide answer
Usually yes. The procedure is done at the same appointment as the consultation as long as you are a suitable candidate on the day; if you are not, the doctor will say so and it gets scheduled for another day.
