Through the form on this site we collect your name, email, phone number, preferred language and location, the treatment you are interested in, when you would like to be seen, and the message you write.

Alongside the form we record technical details of the visit, such as the page you wrote from and the site you arrived from. That is used only to understand how patients find us.

We do not collect medical information, diagnoses or photographs through this site. Anything of that kind is discussed at the consultation.

Submitting the form means you accept this notice. If you would rather not leave your details here, message us on WhatsApp or call: nothing is recorded on the site that way.

We use it to answer your request, schedule your consultation and follow up about that appointment.

We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not pass it to third parties — other than the providers who technically deliver the form and the email, and only for that purpose.

We keep your message for as long as it is useful in looking after you. If you ask us to delete it, we delete it.

If at any point you would rather we stopped using your details to contact you, say so through the same channel you wrote to us on, or to the email above. You do not have to explain why and there is no form to fill in.

We do not pass your details to anyone else to contact you, and we do not transfer them outside the practice, apart from the email service that delivers them to us (explained below). If that ever became necessary we would ask you first, and you could say no without it affecting your care.

At any time you may ask for access to the data we hold about you, correction if it is inaccurate, deletion when it is no longer needed, or object to it being used for a particular purpose.

To exercise any of these, write to cchuerta79@gmail.com with your name, a way to reach you, and what you need. We reply within twenty working days at the latest.

You can also ask us at any time to stop contacting you, without giving a reason.

We use Google Analytics to learn how many people visit the site, which pages they read and how they found us, only if you accept in the cookie notice. If you accept, Google sets measurement cookies in your browser and processes that browsing data on its servers, including servers in the United States. It does not include your name, your phone number or anything you type into the form.

We do not use that information for advertising: Google’s advertising and personalization signals are turned off on this site, and we do not build profiles of our visitors.

If you decline, or until you answer, no measurement cookies are set. You can change your answer at any time with the “Cookie preferences” link at the foot of every page, block cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The site works the same without them.

When you send the consultation form, your request reaches us by email through Resend, an email delivery service with servers in the United States that only transmits it and does not use it for anything else. That is the only outside service the details you type pass through.

If you would rather message us on WhatsApp, that conversation happens inside WhatsApp and is governed by that service’s policies, not by this notice.

Any change to this notice is published on this page, with the updated date at the top. If you write to us again after some time, it is worth a look.
